All sessions are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, your payment will be forfeited and you will need to book a new session.
If you fail to join the zoom call within 15 minutes of your scheduled time you will be considered a “no-show” and your payment will be forfeited. Appointments can be rescheduled through the link provided in the original booking email. If you did not receive your booking email, contact Daniel at dcartert@gmail.com.
